Coffee by David is owned and operated soley by David and Suzanne Pengelly of Senoia, Georgia. We are a small, hands-on coffee roasting company, rasting meticulously and shipping the same day to insure absolute freshness. We roast only the finest Arabica coffees from around the world.

David Pengelly began his infatuation with coffee some 35 years ago. As an entertainer, David has had the good fortune to travel which has allowed him to experience different coffees from around the world. This fascination turned into an obsession and on January 1st, 2000 David and his wife Suzanne opened a very successful roastery and full-scale café restaurant. This business grew to be a great success before they eventually sold it.

We have purposely kept this website as concise as possible to save you the anguish of having to scroll through pages of complex, baffling and unessential terminology. We do not offer bamboo steamers, ginzu knives or free gifts to lure you into ordering from us. Quite simply, we believe in offering the finest of coffees from our roaster to your cup!

While their passion remains for roasting coffe, David and Suzanne have recently returned to their first love and their first coffee house, with the re-opening of The Senoia Coffee and Café. Located on the original Mcintosh Trial and historic Downtown Senoia, the café offers the finest in coffees, wines and light cuisine. It’s the perfect stop over for visitors spending the day of shopping and sightseeing and is the quintessential destination for locals. As the cafe is currently going extensive renovations, it will soon offer the best in day fare as well as evening tasting or lite dinning on the patio, dinning room and wine bar.
